PRINTING

On average, printing takes 2–7 business days.

Please note that all products are printed on demand.

Every order submitted is printed after it's placed. This allows us to control our economic footprint and sustainability by not producing more products than necessary.

No changes can be made to orders once they are submitted.

 

UNCLAIMED

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you have any questions about a return please contact us at merch@happyasamother.co as we are not responsible for any returns shipped back to us that have not been communicated.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

RETURN POLICY

Because all of our items are printed to order (a way for us to remain sustainable) we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All items are final sale.

If you feel that your item has a quality issue please email with photo(s) to merch@happyasamother.co within 2 weeks of delivery. There will be no exceptions made for quality issues outside of the 2 week timeframe.
